Return and Refund Policy
Our general policy lasts 24 Hours after your purchase. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase date and receipt of your order, we may not be able process your product return or refund. On special terms, depending on the brand you have purchased from our store, we offer specific brand warranty with a return and refund policy as follows:
- A-Fit Brand: 7 days return policy from date of purchase.
- Livepro Brand: 90 days/three months return policy from date of purchase.
- Liveup Brand: 90 days/three months return policy from date of purchase.
- WNQ Fitness Brand: 12 months/one year return policy from date of purchase.
- 24 hours return policy for any other brand not mentioned.
Note: This policy covers above product defects and only applies when you make a purchase from afrofit.co.ke (the “Site”), Afrofit_KE our "Instagram" page, Afrofit_KE our "Facebook" page and/or directly from our WhatsApp Business account +254110000200. Any other purchase will not qualify under AfroFit Sports Order Return and Refund Policy. Please quote your order number to determine eligibility. (for example, B01/010120 or ATxxxxKE). We resolve the claims within five business days.
Refunds are processed on item to item basis and guided by level of a product defect. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging according to our terms and conditions in our page. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our erro
Shipping
To return your product, you should address the package to Afrofit Sports, Punch Towers, GoDown 3 off Mombasa Rd, Nairobi, Kenya or write to us at afrofitsports@gmail.com for further directions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
