Dispatch Time

We aim and try to dispatch your order within the same day within Nairobi, but depending on the volume of orders we receive and logistics involved, this could sometime take 1-3 days especially for orders outside Nairobi area. In such cases though isolated, kindly be patient and bear with us.

Delivery Cost

To keep it simple, all orders within Nairobi are charged at KES 450 and KES 650 outside Nairobi, unless the item is bulk where shipping cost will vary accordingly. In such cases there might be an extra charge for delivery. Some items may also require specialized installation that we do offer and charge separately.
