Delivery Schedule

Here’s what you can expect for order processing and delivery:

  • Order cutoff time: Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next business day.
  • Handling time: Typically 1–2 business days Monday through Friday. We try and ship same day for orders within Nairobi placed before cutoff time.
  • Transit time: Around 2–4 business days, depending on carrier and destination.
  • Estimated delivery window: Approximately 3–5 business days in total.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted delivery partners.

Carrier Partners

We work with our in-house delivery or our reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Costs

Paid Shipping: We charge a small convenience shipping fee based on location and volume of your shipment. Generally, we charge Ksh. 350 for orders within Nairobi and Ksh. 650 for orders to other regions across Kenya. Actual costs will be calculated at checkout.
